Plate Locks
Plate cylinder locks from ACUTECH are designed for years of reliable service and offer superior performance and results. Our locks are used as OEM replacements for all makes and models of web presses. Hallmarks of our designs include ease of installation, adjustabilty for web sizes from 64" to 42", gage and fixture installation and repeatable plate to plate register. Performance issues such as register, marking and cracking are improved or eliminated. All locks are supplied with stainless steel material and high strength corrosion resistant bolts and fasteners. ACUTECH offers turnkey installation and footprinting of your press.
No Tool Lock for Harris 1600 series with shallow gap cylinders
The latest in the ACUTECH line of aftermarket lock up conversions for web presses. The 705 can fit shallow gap cylinders and offers the ease of use of a NO TOOL lock along with head and tail register pins. Helps eliminate costly annual parts and maintenance for your paper. Wide web ranges down to 42" and easily handles multiple plate sizes for running various webs on demand. Punch bend conversions available also for single source responsibility.
